We had a fantastic time at this lovely hotel, where my family particularly enjoyed the beautiful pool area. The location was perfect for us to explore nearby attractions like the historic TECO streetcar and Busch Gardens, which was just a short drive away.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options available at the hotel. Having a kids' menu or casual dining spot would make it easier for families.

The lobby is super nice and smelled amazing. I totally loved my balcony room facing the trolley. It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable bed. We had an amazing time staying here with friends! The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Florida Aquarium and Amalie Arena. The room was comfortable, and we loved the chic vibe of the place. Just a heads up, parking was a bit of a hassle since the valet service could have been better, but overall, our stay was a blast!

great vibes but limited breakfast options
The pool area had a relaxing atmosphere and was well-maintained, perfect for unwinding. The city view from my room created a vibrant backdrop that enhanced the experience.
Breakfast options felt limited, as there weren't many choices available.

100% recommend for a city trip
Wonderful lobby, comfortable room, the fragrance in the lobby was delightful, and the bed in the balcony king guestroom felt just right for a restful night's sleep, with the added perk of being conveniently located just 1.5 km from the Amtrak station.

This hotel has a great ambiance and beautiful decor, but unfortunately, noise from the street makes sleep difficult. The staff was friendly, but I encountered issues with unresponsive management regarding lost items. Overall, it has charm but needs better soundproofing and customer service follow-up.

missingWrote a review on Mar 01vibrant energydiverse diningcuban coffeehigh noisecheck-in delay
I appreciated the vibrant energy of the area, making it easy to explore local attractions. Dining options were diverse and enjoyable, especially the Cuban coffee I tried at the café. On the night I was there, I also got to experience the lively sounds of the neighborhood, which reminded me of nights in my favorite Italian cities. I found the art and culture around me enriching. My stay felt fulfilling as a lover of history and culture.
Noise levels were quite high during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. I encountered delays with check-in which left me waiting longer than expected for my room.
